These Terms apply to your use of CleanSwipe Photos. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

CleanSwipe Photos helps you review and organize your Photos library. You are responsible for reviewing items carefully before confirming deletion or other actions.

CleanSwipe Plus

CleanSwipe Plus is available as an auto-renewable subscription. Subscription pricing and duration are shown in the app before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

Apple Standard Terms

Use of CleanSwipe Photos is also subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

No Warranty

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CleanSwipe Photos is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
